Here are a few reminders when booking an appointment with me.....

Scheduling policy:
*You must give 24 hours notice of cancellation. If notice is not given you will have to prepay your next visit before reserving an appointment time. Considerations will be given due to circumstances beyond your control. However, please be respectful of my time and understand that I only get paid when I have a client, I am not paid hourly. So a cancellation or no show appointment truly affects my family's income.

*If you are sick, RESCHEDULE your appointment. This is for the health of myself, my family, and clients.

* If you believe you have a fungus or anything possibly contagious, please see a doctor before scheduling an appointment. I will not perform services if I find that you appear to have a fungus or anything contagious. This is for the health of all my clients. If you are not aware that you have one and I begin service and can't continue, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

* Please do not cut your nails prior to coming to your appointment. I am a professional. There are reasons you come to me. Respect my skills by allowing me to do what is best for your health and beauty.

* Please arrive as your appointment is scheduled. If arriving early, there is a waiting area as you enter my building. If arriving late, this will cut into your services. However late clients will still be charged 100% of your scheduled service.

*Preferred payment method is cash or local check. I do also accept credit or debit transactions if needed.
